Tequila

Tequila is Mexican liquor distilled from the fermented juices obtained from the hearts of blue Agave plants grown in the Tequila Region. The liquor gets its name from the town of Tequila located in the state of Jalisco where production started more than 200 years ago.

The Tequila we offer is 100% Agave and the types are:

• Blanco (white) Not aged white spirit
• Reposado (rested) Rested less than a year in oak barrels
• Anejo (aged) Aged minimum one year but less than a year in oak barrels
• Extra-Añejo (extra aged) Aged minimum 3 years in oak barrels

Mezcal

Mezcal is a Mexican distilled spirit made from the Agave plant, there are many different types of agaves, and each produces a slightly different mezcal.

Mezcal contains a red worm (caterpillar) this worm is found in the agave plant.
